We face a vital fixture on Saturday- every game is vital now as we have to fight for our National League South future.

Tom,the players, the Board are desperate to ensure we do not lose what we have achieved by our hard earned success of previous seasons.

There is a lot going on behind the scenes to bring in new blood to bolster the squad and I am optimistic it will not be long before a new signing or two is announced. The spirit in the camp remains  good with a determined bunch of players committed to give their all to get us away from the dreaded bottom three.

Success is defined by such narrow margins at times- all who were at Truro on New Years Day know full well how different that result could easily have been.

The 70 mins we got from Richard Gillespie was a real positive- what a great new “signing” his return to fitness will be.Olly Balmer got hos first League goal for us with a clinical strike.Marvin Brooks is finally available to us again Saturday after his suspension.Michael Walker and Jake Smeeton are hopefully not far off returning to fitness.

Add those positives to a good attendance Saturday with Poole fans showing the team that we are all behind them with constant vocal support and let’s make the Chippenham game the start of a run of results similar to what we have been used to over the years and such as will see us climbing the table to safety.
